C6-Amino-dT

Amine modifiers are employed to incorporate a primary amine group (NH2) into an oligonucleotides (Figure 1). This modification allows for subsequent post-synthesis conjugation of the oligonucleotide with a variety of different moieties, like fluorescent dyes, quenchers, haptens, etc.
