Acrydite

AcryditeTM consists of is an acrylic phosphoramidite that covalently reacts with thiol-modified moieties. Acrydite-conjugated oligonucleotides can be incorporated into standard polyacrylamide gels, to capture complementary single-stranded nucleic acids during a gel run. This technology, called Hybridgel-like technology, is used to purify DNA.
