Cy5
Cyanine 5 (Cy5) can be efficiently used in multiplex PCR in combinations. Cy5 is a fluorescent dye that belongs to the Cyanine family of synthetic polymethine dyes and it represents an excellent alternative to WellRED dye D4 and LIZ.
