IRDye®700
IRDye®700 is an infrared fluorescent dye commonly used to label DNA and RNA primers and probes. IRDye®700 is characterized by low-background autofluorescence, which ensures good detection sensitivity and offers the opportunity to use IRDye®700-labelled oligonucleotides in a variety of applications, both in-vivo and in-vitro. IRDye®700 represents an excellent alternative to WellRED dye D3.
Metabion offers IRDye®700 as a modification in its DNA and RNA portfolio. Click here
