IRDye®800
IRDye®800 is an infrared fluorescent dye commonly used to label DNA and RNA primers and probes. IRDye®800 is characterized by low-background autofluorescence, which ensures good detection sensitivity and offers the opportunity to use IRDye®800-labelled oligonucleotides in a variety of applications, both in-vivo and in-vitro. IRDye®800 represents an excellent alternative to WellRED dye D2.
