Isolation and purification of nucleic acids (NAs) is one of the most common tasks in molecular biology. The method for isolating and purifying nucleic acids must be selected wisely according to the research application. Type of nucleic acid (ssDNA, dsDNA, total RNA, rRNA, etc), source (mammalians, lower eukaryotes, plants, prokaryotes, viruses, etc), type of sample (cultured cells, tissues, blood, etc), quality (yield, purity, purification time), and specific applications (cloning, PCR, RT-PCR, blotting, transfection, etc) are all factors to be considered for choosing the respectively suitable extraction systems.

In general, isolation and purification of nucleic acids is performed by first breaking down NAs-carrying cells, inactivating nucleases present in the cell, and finally isolating desired NAs.

Delivery

Our default shipping mode is sending by Express service overnight at EURO 10,00 per shipment within Germany. If the value of your order is > EURO 250,00, shipping within Germany is free of charge!
For other countries please inquire.

Shipments on blue ice incur an additional charge of 4.50 EUR.
Shipments on dry ice incur an additional charge of 9.50 EUR.

Our DNA Purification Kits will be shipped as soon as possible after receiving your confirmed order. If you want to combine shipments of different product categories/orders for cost saving reasons, please indicate.
