NA-peptide conjugates

metabion can assist you in your experiments by providing you with peptide- oligonucleotide conjugates. The structure of these molecules consists of a peptide conjugated to an oligonucleotide. It is therefore different from peptide-nucleic acids (PNA).

Conjugation of oligonucleotides with a peptide can be a powerful mean to achieve efficient cell delivery without the need of transfection reagents. This is particularly useful to deliver antisense oligonucleotides in cells (1).
